Questions
Do I need access to my clients' websites?
No. Every check runs from the outside, the same way a visitor or a mail server sees the site. You only add the contact page URL.
What about forms built with HubSpot, Typeform or other embeds?
Forms injected by JavaScript don't exist in the page's HTML, so for those you point the check at the embed's container, for example div.hbspt-form. We then confirm the embed is present.
Will my clients see RetainerPulse?
No. Reports carry your agency's name and logo only, and alerts go to you, not to the client.
How quickly will I hear about a problem?
On the Agency plan sites are checked every 6 hours, on Starter once a day. A failure is confirmed with a second check two minutes later, then you're alerted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monitoring keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for, and new subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days.
